Barnaba & Associates, Inc. is an independent consulting firm specializing in values-based leadership, communication, and conflict management. The president and founder, Connie Barnaba, is a certified global professional in human resources and former Fortune 500 HR executive with more than 20 years' experience in labor relations, employee relations, and customer relations management. Connie is also certified to deliver conflict management training to managers and HR professionals and has a proven track record in designing training for adult audiences and in managing a corporate university that delivers classroom instruction and on-line classes to small and mid-sized businesses.

The firm differentiates itself from its competitors by taking a proactive, loss prevention approach to conflict management, helping clients determine their risk exposure to future conflict based on an assessment of current business practices and employee feedback. Services provided by the company include risk assessment, leadership development in conflict management competencies, leadership coaching, team interventions, and facilitated problem-solving and dispute resolution services.
