Organizational Values Audit

Simply stated – ethics are “ values in action.” The organizational audit is an online survey that assesses whether your managers and employees understand your corporate values. More specifically, it measures perceptions about whether those values are demonstrated by your managers (as perceived by your employees) and whether they are demonstrated by your employees (as perceived by your managers). The gap between the two perspectives provides direction to assist in developing sound communication strategies and business practices that ensure that your corporate values are understood and prioritized in daily interactions.

   

Corporate Code of Conduct

Your workforce is comprised of employees whose values may differ significantly based upon where they were born, how they were raised, their age, their religious beliefs, etc.

Corporate values establish one set of standards that all employees are expected to abide by. In order to establish clarity about those values, it is necessary to translate them into descriptions of acceptable and unacceptable behaviors in the workplace. We can support you in a process that translates your values into a Corporate Code of Conduct that clarifies for your employees the behaviors that are in alignment with your corporate values.
